1988 Bally Blackwater 100 pinball machine Building Location: Main_N2 Game Type = SS
The 1988 Bally Blackwater 100 pinball uses the Bally
6803 boardset. This machine was pretty popular at
3000 units made. The playfield is very unique and
vacuum molded with built in mountains. It's basically
a motorcross track inside a pinball machine! The game
starts off with the player loading three balls into
the starting gate. Then like a three motorcyle race,
the balls are releases (after red, yellow, green
lights flash), and multi-ball is started. Five flippers
this game has, and three different playfield levels.
No pop bumpers though! A very unique game, if you
can get over the banjo background music! Unusual
pinball legs are used on this game, with 25" legs in
the front, and 31" legs in the back. This was done
to get the correct front/back angle with the crazy
multiple playfields.
This is the actual game at the VFW Pinball Museum.
